The ToolboxProof name, the wordmark, the stamped mark, the interface design, the room shot lists, the report templates and every line of text on this website are the property of MLJ, SASU, or are used with the permission of their owner. The site structure, the stylesheets, the scripts and the illustrations are protected under French and international copyright law.
You may quote short passages of this site for reporting, review or teaching provided the source is named and a link to the page is included. Any other reproduction, adaptation, translation, republication or commercial reuse of the content, in whole or in part and on any medium, requires prior written permission from the publication director. Photographs shown on this site are licensed for use by MLJ, SASU and may not be extracted for reuse elsewhere.
Photographs, records and reports created by customers inside the ToolboxProof application belong to those customers. MLJ, SASU claims no ownership over customer content and does not license it to third parties. That position is stated again in the terms of service.

Pricing, plan contents, integrations and performance figures may change as the product changes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, insurance, accounting or contractual advice. A photographic record produced with ToolboxProof documents work performed. It does not replace a written contract, a permit, a licensed inspection or the advice of a qualified professional in your state. Contractors remain responsible for their own compliance with state licensing rules, building codes and consumer protection law.
